PROCESSING TIME

Upon receiving your order, we initiate the printing process within a 24-hour window. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
Express shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

ORDER FINALITY & MODIFICATION

All sales are considered final once your order passes the 24-hour processing window. If you require modifications to your order (such as changing the color or size), please reach out to us immediately and within this 24-hour timeframe. Our customer service team will assist in making any necessary amendments to rectify purchasing errors.

COMPANY ERRORS & REMEDIATION

If an error occurs on our part, such as shipping an incorrect color or size, or in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we are committed to resolving these issues promptly at no additional cost to you. If there is an issue with the product you received, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at unsupervised42069@gmail.com with your order number.

RETURNS — EU CUSTOMERS ONLY

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if you change your mind, order the incorrect size, or no longer want the item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like a refund or exchange.

Please note the following conditions:

- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your purchase included free shipping as part of a promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, we are unable to offer refunds.
